Molly McCauley
Molly was one of the women who helped with the war by bringing water to the soldiers. One day whiling getting water for the soldiers she saw her husband get shot in the shoulder, she ran to aid him. Molly's husband was in charge of one of the cannons so she took over her husbands cannon. The Americans won that war, because of her bravery Molly got a cannon named after her.

Lydia Darragh
Lydia was a quaker also she was a spy for the americans. The British had meeting in house and one day she overhearing that they were going to surprise attack George W.and his men..So she went to tell George W. what they said.
Martha Bratton
Martha and her husband, that was in the war, had to guard something vuable, gun powder. But when her husband had to go she was left in charge. Later she found out that the British were coming to steal the gun powder. So she set up a trap and blew up the building the British were in. Then she was captured but the British decided to let her go. Later she realized she didnt like war so she set up a hospital for both British and American soldier.
Deborah Sampson
Deborah fake name was Timonthy Thayer when she fighting in the war.So when she fighting she got shot in shoulder and you can almost notice she was women.When she got sick the doctor knew she was a women but he didnt tell anyone.She served for 3 years.
Women in Revolution
Most women that helped in the war were the wives or daughters of soldiers. Women who help with the camps were called "camp followers". duties were usually cooking, nursing, childcare, and laundry. Women got a small amount of money for there duties. But sometimes women dressed up like men and joined the war.
